I am guessing the naked duo has to be either Sami/Ej or Brady/Kristen. It seems the younger characters will probably be at the hospital unless they are only there for a couple of scenes and one couple sneaks away.
I am intrigued about the Stefano stuff. Unless it is him and Kate that wind up naked together.
I don't think EJami will sleep together. More likely Safe. :$
