Oh jeez, another storyline where the paperwork was changed without any notification from all parties. How can Stephanie change the trust without approval from Taylor or Thomas. I hope Thomas finds a good attorney that makes the trust legal and binding and use the shares to kick Eric, Rick and Brooke out of FC.
Stephanie doesn't need taylor approval to change her will. She could have left him nothing, these shares weere given under a lie against Brook. he should feel gulity for how he got them.Plus his grandmother lies to Eric for many letting him believe Ridge was his son.Poor Thorpe received np recognition they treat him like a step child.
No, Stephanie should have notified Taylor as the trustee of Thomas shares. The law states that Irrevocable trust can only be modified or change with judicial review. Will are managed by probate courts and Trusts are protected against trust laws.
Thomas has a legal right to those shares, because Stephanie forget to notify him or Taylor. Another storyline where no on filed the correct paperwork.
