Elvis or anyone else is not more "exciting" all the characters and rehashed stories SUCK ! The characters are made to look even more pathetic each time they do it and I doubt very much that its TomSell running the shitfest but SONY who have a hard on for the EJ, Kristen, Sami Rafe Nicole Daniel Jennifer and now Eric as well, continous never ending saga. With them being at the fore front and especially EJ inserted into every story as much as Sami is if not more so. All in an attempt to "dangle those carrots". I am not falling for that crap anymore. If they just write the fucking show and seperate all of these characters it would be better because watching what they are reduced to is just beyond ridiculous.

Quoting limited to 4 levels deepDaily Spoilers wk 12/10
Caroline and Rafe equals Safe. Rafe hasn't left Sami's orbit yet.....not one inch and I don't excpect him to anytime soon.
And that's too bad, because as long as he's in Sami's orbit, we're stuck with the never ending triangle from hell.
So true! EJ, Sami and Rafe are really a triangle from Hell. I can't see how it's entertaining in the least. To be honest, GT has a hard on for Rafe/GG. He writes for this character, whenever he can. This rings true with other boring characters, like Daniel. It'd be a wholly different matter if these characters actually brought something to the screen, but they don't. They're both so dull. I personally think that DAYS is being ruined by this, since Rafe and Daniel get more screen time than they're worth. It's a real shame, that a soap with so much potential to be wondrous and captivating, and with years under its belt, is being so maltreated by ignorant and tasteless writers who has no idea what sells. At the same time, however, the writers are not solely at fault here. Often, it's the higher ups who call most of the shots. It appears to be a situation where there are the wrong people with too much power in their hands being in the wrong place, at the wrong time, everywhere. As for the latest spoilers... I don't see how they'll make viewers tune in. There are habitual viewers, of course, but every show needs a fresh supply of viewers from time to time. It won't thrive - or even survive - on a limited target group of loyalists.
