Did Nick get attacked in prison? No one knows yet. There has been speculation about a possible prison rape from the moment that the first spoiler about Nick's homophobia appeared online, but I'm still not convinced that there's any truth to the rumor. Actually, no one knows if he was raped...but he DID get attacked in prison. During the parole hearings Julie mentioned it to Maggie trying to convince her that prison was too awful for him to stay there. I think someone did jump him and beat him up....I just always kind of imagine maybe it was more than that and he just hasn't talked about it yet. Yeah, I thought about mentioning that previously, but I felt that a physical attack wasn't really what the original question was about, so I decided that it wasn't relevant to the conversation about Nick's homophobia. A purely physical assault (which is all that we've ever been led to believe that particular "attack" was) isn't likely to make someone homophobic. If that were the case, Nick would have had a much stronger reaction to Chad's assault.
