I'm sure Rafe must have learned SOMETHING working for the FBI and the ISA. ;) Probably but giving monitoring jewlery/ gadgets is still EJ's style.. tracking bracelets anyone? I'm waiting for the diamond tracking collection from Hope, Faith, Miracles - sounds like a perfect project for Elope to work on together.
