She purposely sends John to find Brady... knowing that Brady is with Kristen. So when John finds out Marlena knew about them and didn't tell him... I am not going to like this! Actually think this is the less ass-y way to do it. Marlena can't win, if the writers are the kind we know they are. Brady would get on her case if she told, John would get on her case if she didn't. She didn't deserve either because it's not her secret to tell, but it's also not her responsibility to keep it. She has to because Kristen's standing by wanting her to do it. This way he finds out, but she doesn't push it in front of him. She also doesn't have to lie.
