Not to mention it shows a lack of trust for her husband, which IMO, is very out of character for Marlena. Even if John did believe that Kristen had changed, Marlena is still the only woman in his heart.
I'd agree with that IF Kristen hadn't already raped John. If she really wanted to, she'd just do it again.
