Good show. I enjoy it that they are having Sami and Eric interact with Brady... and they treat and refer to him as their brother... it warms my heart lol.

On the Brady note... I REALLY hope we get a scene with Victor ripping into Brady about this Kristen crap! :pray:

I don't know what it is about Eric... but something is making me feel like he isn't really a priest. I keep getting this notion in my head that he is undercover with the ISA and trying to bring down the Dimera's. There are just moments... like the beginning of the scene where he is texting on his phone (so random), and the way he was looking and the tone of his voice when he asked Brady, "What are you doing?" IDK I'm probably just seeing what I want to see lol.
That's a cool idea. I think there is FAR more to this Congo story than Eric let on. I think it's just the beginning and we're going to meet shy Neema eventually. He made a point of saying that she's still alive. I have a theory on that one. But a question first. I was googling the Congo Civil war. There have been many. But the most recent confiict seems to have been from 1997 - 2003. Eric originally left town summer 2000, right? So I could see him going to the Congo as a photo journalist some time between 2000 - 2003. He would still be in his early 20s. 23 - 25?

I imagine after all the traumatizing Congo stuff, he went back to Colorado and eventually started his path to becoming a priest. I googled that and it can take anywhere from 4 - 8 years. 4 if he already had a bachelor's degree. That sounds about right, huh?

It's clear that Eric is still haunted by the events in the Congo. And that part of the reason he became a priest was to atone for his "sins". We haven't heard the last of it by a long shot.
