She even has a link in the book to a YouTube video where she and Hope come off as pissed at each other in delivering their lines in a scene. It's the scene where Hope has her hands all up in Carly's face and Carly screams "quit trying to talk over me".
I remember us saying at the time how it seemed like Kristian and Crystal really hated each other because of how believable their vitriol was in that scene.
