I agree with this, but Daniel sleeping with a married woman is showing disrespect and generally immoral behavior. The thing is, if the writers actually wrote Daniel as a true cad and not Mr.DoNoWrong I could have really liked him. He could have been the next Neil Curtis or something. Sure, but on this show there aren't a lot of people who haven't slept with a married person or slept with someone other than their spouse. So, context kind of matters, otherwise John, Marlena, Steve, Kayla, Justin, Adrienne, and Maggie (to name just a few) all qualify for the "showing disrespect and general immoral behavior" scarlett letter.
