Bascially, all we know about Anne is that she wanted Jennifer's job from the beginning, thought that she deserved it while Jennifer was just handed it to her because she's a Horton, and has been hostile to Jennifer ever since. I don't think we know how Anne feels about Daniel. I'm guessing a lot depends on whether she's ever been his patient.
