But what about Sly? According to Ultimate Dallas, as of last week, Deborah Rennard (Sly) was in discussions to appear. I don't know if it's official yet. (http://www.ultimatedallas.com/dallasnews/2013/01/08/sly-to-make-a-return-in-a-farewell-to-jr-ewing/) I agree about Mandy and Cally, but I do think they need to be there and I'm very very pleasantly surprised they will be. I hope Sue Ellen and "that Winger tramp" get at least one scene together. I'm kinda getting huge expectations for this funeral. I really hope I'm not disappointed. I want everyone to say something and have some flashbacks. I'd be happy with that. Even just a minute or two where everyone connected to JR speaks. I don't know that I just want to see Ray and Lucy in the back of the crowd with a throwaway line like they were giving them in Season 1. At least they started to do something with Lucy in that one episode where John Ross had lunch with her to get her support. EDIT: Was browsing Ultimate Dallas and read that Sly is no longer in the script. Hopefully they change their mind and include her. I think it's still up in the air so hopefully this can change.
