^technically speaking, Sami and Brady are bio-second cousins, Ej and Brady are bio-half-first cousins, and Kristen is Brady's step-first cousin and John's step-niece. Of course she also married Tony (or was it Andre?) Well, if it was Tony, she was her own sister-in-law. If it was Andre, she married her step-cousin, not brother. Oh the tangled webs Days weaves....
