He would have a huge storyline with that and since GT is still writing, I doubt he would really take away Ej's son to give to Lucas. I think it is too soon for anymore baby storylines since Wabi one and Parker one will still be full force. Maybe it has something to do with Stefano or getting Dimera Enterprises.
