I think it's more likely connected to that story since Freddie said he's been taping stuff with James Scott. I kind of hope this is the case...and it would make some sense. If EJ is going to be involved in the Will/Gabi custody battle...I really don't think Justin would be taking the other side. At least not for long. I can't see Sonny being okay with that and I just don't think Justin would do that to his son. It seems to me that Nick and Gabi are going to be playing dirty, trying to keep Will away from his child and they will probably have some other lawyer that can be a dirtbag and then leave when it's all over. For a child custody storyline, I'm actually kind of excited for this to get started. Who would have thought?
