Wow. I know they don't get along, but he's your father for fuck's sake! I would have at least invited him to the ceremony and not the reception. LOL. Ehhh, speaking from someone with an extremely dysfunctional father, I can understand her decision. My father ruined my graduation party by getting drunk and making a scene. I've had that "he's my father, I'll invite him" mentality in the past, but trust me, some parents are completely unreliable, regardless if it's a big and important day for you. I don't plan on inviting my dad to my wedding either.
