- Is Homeland a soap? It kind of feels like one. How about Justified? Southland? No?

I'm constantly amazed by how many different & logical beats this Will/Gabi/Nick story hits. The entire of today's episode played under the umbrella of this storyline and every character interaction was because of it (or affected by it). IMO, this is simply good old-fashioned soap opera story telling where a storyline is explored from MULTIPLE angles with each character weighing in on it in character building moments and the ripple effects are felt by nearly every other storyline. This is the best thing that this show has done in years. I am agreeing with you a lot today, and so I will again. The umbrella nature of this story has been a really good antidote to months of isolated stories and character interaction.
