I'm pretty sure that almost all of the babies since Tomlin started EP'ing in 2008 were played by real children from the start. The dolls were an Ed Scott thing -- maybe the guy who came right before him. Was Clare a doll in the beginning? I know Ciara, Johnny, Allie, and Joe were.
