I didn't mind him on Passions, so I know my irrational hatred of all things Rafe is 80% the poor writing, shallow character development and the forced storylines they've given him (like the chemistry-less Safe debacle). Now Rafe has as little bit more of an edge instead of being all schmoopy poo and, so far, I think it's working for him.
