I know we saw him recently with John in Italy but does anyone know the city?? In the scenes last week where John visited Stefano, Stefano was reading a newspaper called Il Diario del Paese. Based on that, it is reasonable to assume that Stefano is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paese. He could be in that area, or this could simply be a fake newspaper used to show he is in Italy. Paese in Italian can simply mean country or nation. A translation for the title could be "The Daily of the Nation".
