My favourite Stefano scenes:

1. Maison Blanche- John thinks he outsmarted Stefano, not until he finds out that Stefano had an ace in his sleeve: Marlena. Stefano tells John, "Checkmate." (Love this, have not heard Stefano say this to John for so long)

2. The "good" Stefano. I loved it that he really had amnesia; and despite that, obviously he was intrigued and besotted with Marlena, much to John's chagrin (and rage).

3. Stefano being taunted by Marlena- Marlena wants Stefano's help for Sami to be free/ let out of her marriage to EJ. Stefano wants Marlena's love and devotion in return. LOL

4. Maison Blanche storyline - Poison soup: Stefano prepares a "party" for himself, John and Marlena, blackmails him into drinking "soup" to brainwash him (any of these links are filled with Stefano goodness)- especially Link 1.

5. John getting one over Stefano, but NOT without Stefano making his point heard (Susan's baby Elvis are boarded on a plane to London, John and Marlena outsmarted Stefano this time). Loved Stefano's reaction here, and you see the lengths he will go to get his loved one/ blood relation.
