Dang, the cops are terrible at catching this guy. Rafe is too busy with Gabi, and Hope is somewhere...not sure where since we haven't seen her since before the thug guy attacked Eric. that would be my explanation for why they haven't caught this guy. Well, since Roman was the cop on the scene...I think that explains everything.
