I didn't hear anything about the Nielsen's changing, but I hope you're right. Its the most flawed system I could possibly think up. So outdated that its ridiculous. It doesn't appear to be in service yet, which means this is a bump up. Of course I think there was a snow storm last week....weather always skews the ratings....
