Thanks Jason. Do they ever re-cut episodes in order to get back on their schedule for having their "cliffhangers" on Fridays?
Only once in "Days" history have they done that, and that was because of the primetime special they were airing in 1994.

The Los Angeles earthquake preempted Days on 1/17/94. Since "Winter Heat" was set to air in primetime on 2/4/94, they were forced to edit two episodes into one, which happened when they edited 7208 and 7209 into one episode and aired it on 2/2/94.

With the budget these days, that wouldn't probably happen.
