I hope the lesson Days takes from this isn't character-specific but about storyline. Whether I personally enjoyed them or not, it seems like they built much of the show around two stories with concrete beginning, middle, and end points (insofar as soap storylines end). And I don't think either of the big stories felt like there was a lot of interference with them, which is sort of...it's not the norm for the show for that past few years, imho. There was some WTF-ery, imho, in terms of character actions, but no reversals or abrupt left turns, really. |
If they carry that concept forward...that'd be nice. Glad to see it paid off for them.
