It appears to me that the agency is trying to save face, but are still looking guilty. I'm talking about the situation with the audition. I can't speak about the problem with finances without having seen any evidence. But you can't possibly be in such a rush that you simply put a name down without thinking and checking later. And why would Christel lie about having gone to the audition? Although, I will admit they're not the only ones to blame. Judy Wilson, the casting director at Y&R, should have checked who was coming in for the audition. She didn't do that and, no matter how much she washed her hands off the whole situation, she too contributed to the whole mess.
