It was great seeing GH at #1 for the 18-34 groups. Lately they have been on fire. A few months ago GH was in last place but they made some changes to SLís bought back vets and used them in a sensible way and they are turning their ratings around given they donít tape 4 months in advance!

 Fresh off its most watched season if five years, GENERAL HOSPITAL hit a five-month high in total viewers for the week of September 16-20, 2013

They said it was a good week for DAYS! How can they say that when DAYS is still in last place and dailies are 1.8, 1.9, and one 2.0! What is so funny is the 2.0 came on the day Stefano put EJ in his place. Greg Meng claiming they are telling a story in 3 weeks instead of 6 months is a dream or he has Pinocchio syndrome. Iím beyond caring about DAYS anymore these ridiculous SLís have been going on for at least a year now with no change in sight!

The other 3 soaps have made it over that dreadful 1.? hump!
I'm sure the reason for the "good week for Days" language is because of the year-over-year increase in the key 18-49 demo. The majority of the year-over-year ratings increase for other soaps has been outside the key demo, but for Days the vast majority of their year-over-year increase has been inside the key demo. And the 18-49 demo is what they care about because it sets advertising rates. So even though the other soaps are still getting a better percentage of their timeslot, Days is trending up the most in the rating that matters to the show.
