Viewing Single Post From: Nielsen adds Web viewers to its TV ratings

I tend to watch Days on line (next day) more often than my DVR and rarely live. The commercials are definitely not the same. So, it doesn't seem my viewing would count, even if I was part of the Nielson "family".

The one thing about on-line viewing, versus DVR, is there's no way to fast forward through the commercials. And, each commercial break tends to show the exact same ads. It's really boring. Worse yet, if you want to rewatch a particular act, you have even more ads to sit through.

I understand that this is all about advertising, but I've never watch any show on line that had the same ads as the live show. Am I just watching the wrong shows????
