Quoting limited to 4 levels deep
Those scenes ED and SC had were solely concentrated on the very open flirting. There was no subtext at all and that's why I didn't find them intriguing.
First we flirt, then we go to the next step, I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by subtext.
What I meant was that these scenes were IMO quite one-dimensional (just matchmaking/ flirting and nothing more). I'm not saying they were not good or so, just those kind of scenes are not intriguing enough for my taste. It's too predictable where they are planning to go (short or long-term). It's much more interesting for me when sparks fly while characters are in conflict with each other or develop some kind of friendship first (like Billy/Kelly now) and you don't know what will happen next, not when they are just "set" to be a couple (like Abby-Tyler). /In other words, I like when the "attraction" between characters grows as "subtext", not as "text"/. However, it's just my opinion. And it's really quite difficult to explain ;)
. I don't even know if somebody can understand what I had in mind, sorry
I wonder, though, if Victoria will become as crazy jealous of Kelly, as she did of Chloe?
