In Days defense its a good thing they did gain some numbers from last year although they are down from the previous week. Could you imagine if they were the only soap not to gain viewers. Id say they definetely benefited from that. And GH WOW just WOW. I mean almost 800,000 from last year and last year the show was picking up. GH s fixing to be the success story of the decade. Im glad I switched over that soap 3 years ago when Days pissed me off. Im so glad I started watching. See Days did do something good this year. It gave GH more viewers. LOL

It's amazing that in every category listed, every soap is up (in most cases significantly) over last year. Maybe 4 is the magic number for soaps to survive. Sad that the rest had to be cancelled.
Also, every show had a large jump on Friday. Wasn't there bad weather that day across the south and midwest? I know that on Monday/Tuesday (9th/10th) that same bad weather hit the northeast.
I thought for sure Days' drop would have more significant this week given how dull the week in question was.
But overall, congrats to GH. What a success story! I don't watch the show, but it sounds like it has been firing on all cylinders for weeks now, and it shows what is possible when the writing gives the people what they want.
