Stupid convo btw Sonny and Philip. Yes, show I SEE how you are wanting me to see that you want Sonny and Paul to be a thing.

Victor to Orpheus: You want to leave a pile of corpses in here?

Well, it would only be 5, which wouldn't make much of a pile.

OH! It's a miracle! Maggie can stand! Her love for Victor made her stand!

Dear god, why are Victor and Maggie becoming the main targets in this?

I don't think Orpheus said John killed his wife. He told Marlena "Your husband killed my wife," which is actually true. She was still married to the real Roman when she thought John was Roman, so her husband (at the time) DID kill Orpheus' wife

I find it hard to believe Eve wouldn't be freaking out after just being held at gun point.

The Philip and Victor hug was nice.

Wait, wasn't Eve already almost grown up when Theresa was born? They never lived together as a family, right? Why are they trying to say they grew up together?

Ugh, these script writers! Would it have killed them to have Brady say, "This guy has a vendetta against my parents..." Instead of "This guy has a vendetta against Marlena and my father"???

Because they're desperate for someone, anyone, to give a shit about Theresa.

Was Marlena married to Roman when Rebecca was killed? I thought it was years before Roman even came to Salem?

Anyway, why didn't he say "Roman" instead of "your husband"?

I guess it's up for interpretation, but I tend not to think the script writers are that on top of things.

Why would Orpheus let Brady go but keep Paul? Surely he knows Brady is John's son? Of course, he might think he's a Kiriakis, but since he made Victor stay, wouldn't he still keep Brady?

I know its contrived so that Brady can save Theresa from Xander, but surely they could have been a little less ham-handed about it?
Orpheus actually respected Paul for not being an idiot and willing to sacrifice himself. Brady only cared about Theresa and was being loud and obnoxious. He's got plans for them all but one man with a gun can only keep so many people under control. Ditch the motor-mouth and focus on the new kid you didn't know anything about. He's now interesting.

At least that's how I see why Orpheus did what he did.

True enough. Gawd, the gushing they did about her was nauseating.

I loved that, because it's so true. Paul has no resemblance to John at all. Of course, I will never buy he's John's son.

I re-watched all the 1986-87 Orpheus stuff on YouTube and I believe they mentioned that it had happened "7 years ago" so circa-1978-79

I might be wrong but I vaguely remember Orpheus saying it was "seven years ago" in 1986 when explaining everything. So, no they wouldn't have been married.

why would Victor even accuse Orpheus of bluffing. why would anyone even say that?! that's gonna make him want to do it more. like... no, he doesn't bluff. If we know anything it's that he absolutely can & will attempt the things he says he's going to do.
Because in this case John was right. He wants to torture John/Marlena and eventually kill them but he wants them to dwell on him then he'll kill someone because of them to make them feel more guilty. If he has his way eventually he'll kill his kids and Marlena in front of him before finally putting a bullet in him or just walking away and letting John live with knowing his family is dead because of him.

Marlena - "And yet you still ended up in prison!?"

Orpheus - "Shut Up!"

LMAO!! I just burst up laughing with that line :blulaugh:

Really? Xander jumped out the bedroom window? I thought they lived in a high rise building? He should have just beat up Brady then killed Theresa. So disappointing!

I'll be mad if Orpheus doesn't get quote of the week on Dishin'Days or Xander "I'm sure Brady will find another dumb slut to raise your brat!" :roflol: :roflol: :roflol:
