Eduardo confesses to John how he inadvertently allowed Orpheus, Clyde, and Xander to escape from prison.

John and Paul try to pick up on the villains' trail.

Chloe is stunned by Philip's request.

Deimos meets with Dario and asks him to be more proactive about getting the dirt on Chloe and her pregnancy.

Excited about Eduardo/John/Paul. The rest not so much. Dario sucks.

I prefer John and Patch work together to go after 3 bad boys than Paul be involve.

I like Paul, but I have a hard time to except him as John Black's son. Of course if dumb Brady was around and more concerned about his dad I would love to see him work with his dad. Paul has no history and writers did screwed up John's history that he slept with another woman and had a child with her. I hope with new writers the can change it that paul is not John's son and same goes to Theresa that Tate is not Brady's son either.

Don't care about Dario and Deimos. They can kill each other or leave and I won't miss them.

Every time I see Orpheus on my screen I get chill. Xander is too hot and sexy to be a killer. Clyde is very creepy just like his son. I love them all.

Well I appreciate Paul helping for some realism. It's getting a little redundant having 60+ year old men saving the day even with them in good shape. I'm not trying to offend anybody, but I feel like they need to involve some younger people in these fight/action scenes as well.

Paul is filling the younger hero role Brady never panned out to be. Shawn really didn't a chance to. And chad does too. It is good for the next generation. It wouldn't hurt them to have the younger women kick some ass too.

But in this case john and Steve fit since their families are in trouble.

They've been needing to do this for years. There has to be a balance somewhere between just letting the vets do it and just letting the younger generation do it. They seem to have found that with John/Paul but Paul wouldn't have been my first choice for who to start that with.

Also I was looking forward to today until I saw Deimos was on. Big fat no.

Since John is on, I hope this is the Marlena panics about Claire day. I doubt we see J&M apart much with Orpheus around so maybe.

I like Paul in theory. A show that has always struggled with diversity comes up with a gay half-Japanese professional athlete turned action hero? Well done.

I like Paul in practice. On a show where some of the major heroes sweep their crimes under the rug with impunity, here's a genuinely good man who would rather risk himself than see someone else hurt and is appreciative of the kindness John and others send his way.

I like Paul's romantic prospects. The backstory with Sonny has always worked for me, and after being married to an adulterous destructive brat who expected everyone else to clean up his messes and patted himself on the back for it, Sonny deserves to be loved by a grown-up.

I wish the writers hadn't envisioned Brady as a moron who is closer to his grandfather than to the parents who raised and loved him.

I wish the writers hadn't decided to have Eric treat John as a stepfather he acquired as an adult rather than as the person who raised him, and that he hadn't been sent off canvas for no reason when there were a dozen good reasons for him to stay.

Making Paul John's new son, rather than acknowledging John's existing sons, was stupid.

But Paul himself has a place on the show.

He could have had a place without them forcing him on with a ridiculous rewrite, which will forever offend me.

I sure hope John makes sure Marlena is guarded if he's going to go off looking for Orpheus.

The boy saw the comet and he felt as though his life had meaning.

Well I actually like Paul. He's proven himself to be John's son more than that moron Brady ever has. I wish they hadn't let Shawn go Itd be great to see him and Chad play hero as well.

I agree that this should be them right now, it's supposed to be Brady, Eric, Shawn D and Chad being the heroes and saving the day but they weren't really ever Given the chance. They threw Shawn and Eric away and Brady is a brainless idiot!!! I hope we utilize Chad in the Clyde story and let him be responsible for throwing him back in prison instead of a forced pairing with Gaby.
