I'm nervous it Gould be Pence, but it's not likely he would be elected anyway right? At least I hope not.
I mean, a lot of people liked Pensk on Tuesday night and wished he was running for president all along instead of Trump. But if he were to replace Trump now, Trump supporters might be really pissed off on election day. Same reason the RNC nominated Trump in the first place despite their misgivings about him as a candidate. Trump generated higher turnout than anyone else in the Republican primary, his passionate support base is a thriving part of the right wing, and even though many hate him, he won that primary by a landslide according to popular vote. I can't see the future, but I think the RNC feel like they're between a rock and a hard place with no good immediate answers. There's probably a reason why they're trying to focus so much on the senate now. I just find this all so fascinating for the sole reason that this has never happened before.
We are witnessing history in the making for so many reasons.

I don't think lying under oath would be outside the realm of possibility for Trump lol. If Presiden't got impeached for sexual misconduct... well that would be a pretty long list I'm sure.
Right, yet people are now saying Trump is unfit LOL. Sorry, I can't wrap my head around some of the hypocrisy. Of course it's possible Trump could lie under oath. Hillary lied under oath about her e-mails. Posted Image You can't win with her supporters. His words bother them more then her criminal acts. It is what it is.

This is about Donald Trump and Billy Bush being horrible, sexist people and our poor Ari being drawn into it. I'm not from the US and so my knowledge is no doubt limited but I just can't understand how someone who says racist, sexist horrible things and has even attacks people with disabilities could get so far in this election. The US has had so many wonderful humans as presidents of both political persuasions. How did it get to this?

You can't win with her supporters. His words bother them more then her criminal acts. It is what it is. Well we could talk about Trump's ties to the mob, the assault charges that have come up in this thread but his supporters have yet to address, the illegal fundraising that came to light just this past week, the fact that Trump had business dealings in Cuba before the US lifted the embargo.
And then we can compare how well and officially documented each candidate's crimes actually are.

I say it got to this because no candidate from any party cares what being President of this country represents anymore. It's all about their own bottom lines and agendas, IMO!

I'm not ignoring your point. You just keep using it as a non-sequitir. We've gone through this during regular Days discussions too. People want to know how I or anyone else can vote for Trump. I'm giving them my reason. I know I'm not a perfect person or poster, sue me. I admit my faults and when I am wrong. I don't know how I can fix myself to be better poster in your eyes, believe me I've tried different ways. I think you & the rest of the staff do a terrific job running this board and I try to respect everyone (being imperfect, I say things sometimes I shouldn't). Some of the insinuations that I've gotten that I'm some sort of bad person for my beliefs are hurtful, especially from people that I respect even though their views are different than mine (not a big deal to me).
In future elections, I will never talk about my feelings publicly again, especially on social media where I've gotten some shitty treatment from soap fans. My initial instinct was not to vote and to lay low on this election, but after some of the anti-police and anti-America stuff started, it pissed me off too much. I regret speaking my mind because being dumped on by people does not feel good.

We could talk about Hillary's foundation the one she used to help her friends in the state department..that has come out in the leaked emails. Other things about her have come out in those emails as well. Loved how the DNC was proven to be corrupt in those emails along with a few liberal media outlets. As for me..my mind was made up about her when she viciously went after the women her husband raped. So this BS about her helping women's rights along is just that..BS. as for Trump his words were horrible and crude, I never denied that. Would you be happy if he was imprisoned or worse? Sorry but I won't get on the bandwagon of saying he's the devil. Hillary and her pig husband fit that description. But of course I'm just deflecting LOL

Clinton aside, let's leave her out if it. What do you see Trump bringing to the table that has nothing to do with the fact he's not Clinton? There has to be something, no? The fact that he wants to secure our borders better (tens of thousands border patrol agents support him) The fact that he wants to give big tax breaks to small business owners. I've seen tons close shop here. A friend had to close shop because of the regulations. Disgusting. He wants to repeal Obama care...my aunt lost her leg to that shit. My family members have deductibles they can't pay so not going to argue about that part.

Hillary is anti-police and America? Yeah she is. When she called a black police officer a racist. Just one of many things.
