It's obvious that Chad is more into Gabi than she is into him. But I think it's because he's lonely and the talk of Abby today helped explain this.

It would be so much easier to "go along" with Jennifer wanting to help Hope, although I think they are using this as a springboard for Jen's next story Spoiler: click to toggle we know she's back at The Spectator if she had really lit into Hope before agreeing to help.
Considering everything Jennifer has gone through since Ben kidnapped Abby at Hope's wedding, the car accident, her injuries and addiction, Abby being in a mental hospital, escaping same, and presumed dead I don't think it would be unreasonable for Jennifer to unload after Hope's confession. Kind of like "where were you when, I helped you after Bo died, after your house caught fire, etc." Which would have been an opportunity for Hope to snap out of her selfishness long enough to offer a truly heart-felt sorry AND THEN Jen could say but of course I'll help you... blah blah.
But they way they've written this continues to really hurt the character of Hope - she's treading that fine line of redemption right now and before this Aiden story is over I think she's going to cross the line where it will take a lot of back-burning OFF SCREEN to fix it.
I can muddle through the rest of these stories knowing that they are moving on to something else, but this Hope/Aiden/Rafe stuff is repulsive and needs to END.

I feel like Chad is projecting his love for Abby onto Gabi. Essentially, Gabi is a place filler for Abby.

Was Nicole's guard in on the plan? He agreed to let Xander knock him out cold???
LOL good thing Nicole had her trusted pepper spray for defense against a lethal gun!

I'm pretty afraid everyone will help hope when she's exposed for this murder including people from out of town like Shane. Which is mind boggling since she never helps anyone anymore.
Plus knowing we still see her on camera in prison doesn't help. Rafe probably comes every day to see her.

That scenario will ruin the character of Hope (for me) FOR GOOD and it pains me to say that. In my view she is already toxic and I don't want to see her bring other characters down in the cesspool with her (other than Rafe and Roman who deserve to go down with her).

OMG is Marlena once again being the one asking how someone else is doing and nobody asking her how she is? Hope realizes Marlena is being a target of Orpheus doesn't she? I guess Hope is on the tour of town getting everyone to be concerned about her

Nobody is doing anything. It's insane, they're all sitting and talking. And the conversations aren't interesting. WTF?

WTH Deimos. SMH
I had a feeling he was up to no good.
My guess is Xander comes back at some point and lets Nicole know what Deimos did.

Despite the fact that Hope has shown very little concern/interest in anything going on with anybody else in town, if the Stefano thing comes out like people suspect, I can't imagine that the whole town won't rally right around her. It's the Monkey's Paw doing it's work again.
I'd really like to be wrong, but Dena.

It's Exposition Monday... On a show with no budget and lazy writing everything happens off screen, then you just tape a bunch of actors sitting on one set explaining what happened while we were all enjoying our weekend expecting to see it actually happen on screen today.

After Orpheus we didn't have a whiff of an idea what J&M and S&K were doing (before they knew John would be off camera) so the four of them probably were going to help hope. Even today with Marlena reaching out to her was probably setting that up. Same with Kayla talking with Ciara Friday since Ciara will be alone with hope in jail.

She has not shown concern for anyone but herself in nearly a year, but they will all rally around her selfish ass in her time of need.

Deimos says Xander got shot and fell into the river Deimos fell in the river & he survived which makes his story laughable .
