Nice bump for Days, I hope it's not just a fluke and the ratings get better.

One day (Wednesday) was better, that's the reason why they had an increase.

They had really good ratings the day after the election but if you don't count that day, their average is 2,227,000 viewers, still up 55,000 from the previous week.

I wonder why. Were some viewers waiting for a press conference or something?

I wish days could consistently get into the 1.8 category. I hope they continue to improve.

I am going to hope this is the beginning of an upswing. The stories are better (much better than this past summer) and they have re-established relationships. I'm not sure the weather is going to cooperate to help out so there may not be the expected bump in January/February, but we'll see. I really do hope it wasn't just a fluke and then the ratings drop again. I want DAYS to be in recovery mode so that we might be able to have it around for a bit longer.

Chuck Pratt sucks. He can't even get people to tune in during sweeps.

To be fair, his ratings were pretty good up until this year.

As I've said in the Y&R thread he needs to do prattastrophes and they don't want to spend money on it anymore LOL. On a more serious note, I think the network and the new EP wanted to go into a different (lighter) direction - and Pratt is bad at lighter stuff. It's good that he's left because this team (whose stuff we see airing now) can't work together.
