why the fuck is everyone interested in Sharon/Dylan's life?
now Greasy-Dickolas/Chelsea is just all about Sharon.
oh please!!!
They have nothing else to talk about. Initially it was all about the dead spouses but that convo has been worn out so now they have to discuss Dyldo and Sharon. When they beat that horse to death, they'll just be staring at each other.

haha.............
the ending with Glack is freaking hilarious.
Jack hired Glo as his assistant.
yes, this will definitely make Jack more interesting.
I really think PB and JC play well off of each other. Jack is now so much more interesting to me.

I started watching but gave up after 20mins too boring for me lol
hahaha.........
the bore-meter is trending high at a 9/10 for you.

for me, its at a 7.5/10
It was 9/10 until the second half, Glack and Sharon/Faith saved it lol.
I will agree that the bore-meter trend at a 9/10.
but the few scenes that made the show "slightly" better are:
Chloe/Gloria
Jack/Gloria
Jack running around trying to find Gloria a job
Sharon/Faith

I kind of liked Chick today and JM had some nice facial expressions today but I hate characters talking about chemistry on-screen. Is it usual in real life use the word "chemistry" in this context?
that's because he shaved and had a hair cut.
But in all seriousness........TPTB needs to use JM comedic talents more.
The character might be more likeable.
Using JM's "comedic talents" is what has made him so unlikable. I don't think he's funny. The actor is there to play Nick Newman not Joshua Morrow

JC (gloria) comedic skills are just right.
Jack is now alive again.

I agree. He was so boring before. Gloria has given him a personality again, lit the fire under his ass!

But Nick Newman is such a judgemental bore.
maybe inserting some of his real life personality may help the character.
but for now, Greasy-Dickolas is as pathetic as his momma.

Nick was such a better character in the 90's and early 2000's before he was paired with MS and started giving input so he can have these "funny" scenes where he's cracking cringe-worthy jokes all the time. Now I can't take the character of Nick seriously.

Yeah I loved that scene. I was just saying on another message board how happy I am that Sharon is admitting she isn't in a good place right now and it wouldn't be right to have Faith back for selfish reasons. I hope this is a step in the right direction.

They definitely should do that.

And write Victoria more like Amelia. Now Victoria is such a Debbie Downer.
I have to disagree on this as well only because I feel like the character of Victoria is supposed to be uptight and if they started writing her like the actress, it wouldn't be the same. Victoria should always be written in character. I actually saw a glimpse of the real Victoria the other day when she was bickering with Phyllis. Was it out of order? Yes but it reminded me of the Heather Tom days and how she would always be confrontational like that.

Back then Nick had real issues to deal with. Now, his biggest hurdle is hiring a nanny  That's why he has gotten so boring.

Yeah I'm not sure if SS was writing then but I know she's always had a thing for Gloria. A little bit of Gloria is nice and funny and gives some comedic value to the show but once she starts being on everyday, the show becomes campy and over the top. She's good in very small doses.

This tit for tat with Jack is entertaining right now though. I'm enjoying it. I just hope they don't ever become a couple because IMO Gloria should never have any kind of serious role on Y&R.

Idk. IMO AH doesn't play confrontational very well. It always looks unnatural and somewhat OTT. She does "supporting" great, though lol. Maybe that's why she submits to Supporting Actress category even though she plays one of the most featured characters on the show.

For me it's the opposite. Being bitchy and controntational is the only thing she can somewhat pull off. Mopping around and whining about Billy and Travis is what annoys me. Her love life just doesn't interest me, but I find it hilarious when she's being a cold bitch to people. HT is obviously better suited for that role but if I have to endure AH I'd rather see her be a ruthless business woman.

Not the whole year and she wasn't the HW, but she was a part of the writing team.

AH can't do intimidation at all. She is like a mouse and throws in these juvenile mannerisms to compensate. Having said that, she should not be playing herself. That would be even MORE annoying not to mention OOC.
