I bet that homeless with Colin's coat is going to get killed and everyone will think it's Colin.
you already predict the show already.
and after everyone think Colin is dead........Jill will be riddled with guilt.
There's a pic in the mag where she's tonging down the Clown already. The geriatric Hevon essentially.

Jack is looking very suave with his handsome hair-do. It's practically like his old swoop. Looks good. :wub2:

Sharon looks very sexy today. The off-the-shoulder sweater with the French twist up-do is cute and flirty. I'm so glad to see she's doing so well and is happy at her job.

Can someone please tell me what happened between Jack and Gloria on Valentine's day - She kind of referred to it in a sexual way. Thanks. :D

Jack went upstairs to the hotel room to meet someone after he spoke to Victoria. That was probably when it happened.

Jack like what Glo gave during the drunk night, so he had to go back for more.

She always had a thing for her handsome step-son, so it looks like she gave him a real good glo-job. :boobs: :blowkiss:
Maybe this makes Jack feel closer to his dead father. :rip:

Jack went upstairs to the hotel room to meet someone after he spoke to Victoria. That was probably when it happened.
While he was at the Athletic Club table talking with Victoria on Valentine's Day, he was texting with someone who said "impatient, can't wait all night" or something like that. That was apparently Gloria. So it was a planned hook-up. He was drinking champagne with Victoria but he wasn't drunk. Victoria commented that he was texting a lot. And yeah after that, he went upstairs.

Also, some time in the past week or two, another character asked him something, and Jack replied cryptically in a way that implied that he was dating someone. I don't remember who the other character was but he/she asked Jack who it was and Jack didn't reply. That was another clue.

I think there was one more clue ... but I'm not sure.

I just watched 12 episodes in a row, so I was able to see the clues and begin to guess that something was going on.

I just binge-watched two and a half weeks of Y&R episodes. (I was really behind). Now that I'm caught up ...

*my* opinions:

I've barely looked at the Y&R spoilers lately and I loved watching it nearly spoiler-free.

It was fun realizing that Jack and Gloria had another hook-up. LOL. To watch the hints on screen and figure it out, was more fun than if I had read the spoilers.

I love the Victoria-Reese storyline. I don't think Victoria has been overused at all. Just my opinion. Maybe because I love all of her storylines? (I do respect that some posters have posted that she's on too much for their tastes. You have a right to feel that way, I'm not complaining that you feel that way. I just happen to enjoy her storylines).

I'm enjoying seeing some of the parents on the show dealing with being parents. It's a bit jarring to see the realism that has been ignored for so long. But I'm *ENJOYING* the realism. It's completely different than the Nick and Victoria that we've seen for years, but I don't care. I like it.

I think it's hilarious that Victoria is being so over-the-top bossy with Reese ... yelling at him all the time and screaming his name. I think it's funny because ... I've seen women do that. It's not great parenting but it's so refreshing to see this portrayed like real people. To me, it seems like this is being written from Reese's point of view ... maybe for the teen audiences to identify with?

I like all the business storylines. A lot. I'm so glad that Ashley wants to take Jabot back. She should always have been the one in charge, in my opinion.

I really dislike Cane. He's so obnoxiously whiny about wanting to run a company. I'm on a limited income and I'd be grateful for a decent mid-level job. I have no sympathy for a character who feels deprived for not being CEO.

Lily is much more interesting now as a model. I would never have expected to type that but .. there it is.

It's interesting watching Billy flirt with Victoria one day and Phyllis another day. Or sometimes both on the same day. And Billy is such a flirt, he can't seem to give himself boundaries, he just goes with whatever/whoever is there. I don't like Billy at all.
... BUT .... Jason Thompson is doing such an AWESOME job that he's making me like Billy in spite of myself. LOL. When Jason Thompson is on the screen, I forget all the prior actors in the role.

Still loving Gina as Phyllis. I'm so glad SSM got the character out of the matronly role and gave Phyllis back her spunk. She's dressing sexy the way Phyllis would dress. Phyllis is doing the computer programming that Phyllis knows how to do. YES! And she's having fun and being flirty and also being friends with Lauren and Michael. It's great to have my gal back. I like that she's doing online dating even though the guys are duds. It just shows her willingness to branch out ... and yet she also knows how to politely let the guy down when she realizes he's a dud. I'm glad she's still friends with Nick and Billy. She loves them both but (in my opinion) she's moved on.

I don't think the show is pushing Villy as a couple. I think the show is pushing them as exes learning to transition from being lovers to friends&coparents. That's a common dynamic with exes, that they remember the spark and get tempted but it's best to move onto only friendship. (just my take on it)

I think if SSM ever tries to rebuild Villy or Philly, I hope she'll wait a long time before doing so. I want her to rebuild Phyllis and Victoria first as individual women. And then maybe have a slow beginning and building to whatever new relationship (or revisited relationship) happens.

I'm enjoying seeing Billy with Jill. I think the whole Jill heart attack story was well done. JT is shining as Billy in that story. Jess Walton is awesome.

I really like Ravi a lot. I watched 12 episodes in a row this weekend .... and I enjoyed following the progress of his crush on Ashley and his coworker-role with Phyllis. He is not at all what I expected, and I like that. He's playing a nerd but they are giving him layers. And ... I like his interest in Ashley. He obviously loves her but he wants her happiness. I like that he is honest with Ashley and Phyllis about his observations about the psychology of dating. He says his opinions without pretense. I'm really glad that I am having an opportunity to learn more about Ravi, before he gets thrown deeper into any romance.

I wouldn't mind an Ashley/Ravi romance, if it's done slowly and respectfully. I think he genuinely cares about her happiness, and he's not a stalker. I don't mind Ashley opening her heart to Ravi as long as she stays tough on Jabot business.

I love how Sharon is being written. So much I could say there. That would be another long post. I'll just say that I like the layers of the town disparaging her for lying to Dylan about Christian, while a few people know the truth that she acted selflessly by agreeing to pretend that Dylan dumped her. It's clever writing because Sharon gets disparaged by most townsfolk (which would please fans who wanted Sharon punished) but Sharon also retains her dignity (which would please fans who wanted Sharon rebuilt). I'm looking forward to Sharon running Crimson Lights and also working for the charity that Nikki mentioned that helps abused women.

But why did Sharon confide in Noah about Dylan being in Witness Protection? Sigh.

Something that's been bothering me for a couple of months: I find the Faith custody stuff RIDICULOUS. Why is everyone involved whining about who gets to see whom? Sharon's cottage, Nick's place, and Niktor's main house are buildings on the property of the Newman Ranch. THEY ALL LIVE IN THE SAME PLACE. I can't believe all three of them (Nick/Sharon/Faith) discuss how long it's been since they've seen each other, or how hard it is to live apart. Good grief. Real-life divorced couples live in different ends of a city, or in different towns. I just think it's all so stupid that Nick/Sharon/Faith/Niktor are discussing it as if they lived far apart.

I find Nick and Chelsea boring.

Looking forward to whatever may be coming up in the future with Noah.

I'm glad Summer hasn't been mentioned. I don't miss her.

The idea of Victor Newman reforming and becoming a teddybear ... is not believable. But .. Oh well. I can just ignore him. I ignored him when he was ruthless. I'll just keep ignoring him.

I like the Genoa City Buzz with Mariah and Hilary cohosting.

Mishael Morgan is a goddess and an AWESOME actress. I'm riveted by her performance. I find myself rooting for Hilary, no matter what she does. Can't help myself. Mishael sells it.

Everything was better spoiler-free. And actually I enjoyed it better because I didn't read much on the messageboard in the past two weeks. So I got to just enjoy the parts I enjoyed. It was more fun.

I'm going to continue to step back from Y&R messageboards. I'd rather just enjoy the show. I might pop in once in a while, but not often.

(I guess I would read Y&R messageboards if I could do spoiler-free,
but that's just not realistic.)

I guess this works for me because I'm enjoying the show right now. If I started disliking the show, I'd probably be back hunting for spoilers to find out if something good was coming.

But I enjoy the whole show (except for Cane) so ... I'm just going to enjoy it more and talk about it less.

*** Editing later to add that I loved the flashbacks:

I loved the flashbacks of Jill remembering and talking with Katherine Chancellor. Awesome. After her heart attack and the theft from Colin, (or in any big crisis), Jill would be thinking about and talking to Katherine. And the clips were great!

Sharon's flashback of Nick/Sharon/Cassie discussing the founding of Crimson Lights was kind of cheesy, but it made sense with Sharon thinking about becoming its owner-manager again. So I was okay with that. Great use of history.

(edited later to add a couple more thoughts).
