Nice gains for B&B in viewers and W18-49, I think this is the soap in best shape right now. Days finally rebounds after losing viewers for 6 weeks in a row, let's hope it continues and they will be able to beat last year's low numbers soon. It looks like Wednesday messed up Y&R's average and Thursday messed up GH's average so I will give them a pass for this week but I don't think Y&R is doing well and it's not renewed for next season yet. I don't think CBS will cancel it but maybe ask for budget cuts and new EP/headwriters. |

Poor Steve Kent from Sony though lol. First he had to fire his dear friend Jill Farren Phelps, then the ratings dropped and CBS will likely want a lower license fee. 😊 |

Beating last year's low numbers won't be hard lol seriously these are not good at all but end of the day none of it matters the show was renewed so i thinks Days has a free pass when it comes to ratings unil July when new writers stuff air. Edited by Bigboy, Feb 26 2017, 05:36 AM.

Well so far they aren't beating them. Their numbers in February this year are like their numbers in April last year. I think the ratings matter all year because they all add to or take away from the profit the network makes with the show. Less profit for the network means more pressure on the show the next time there's a renewal to negotiate. |

^ My face watching DAYS

I suspect most of that erosion is due to DVR/PVR/Time Lapse/Online/Mobile viewership increase among 18-49. |
