It's a nice sentiment but hard to believe since he didn't care a bit that she was in foster care. |

I think he did, it was even mentioned a few times. Plus Maggie was able to see Holly on a regular basis so its not like they were totally cut off. |

If he had cared, he'd have done something. Maggie isn't Victor. |

What I love about Ron's writing is that he doesn't make us wait. When a character says they know what's up, even when they cut to commercial, when they return, they indeed know what's going on. None of that lame, "Leave the audience in suspense ... let them think the character is onto something when they ain't." Ron keeps the show moving which shows he has a lot of story up his sleeve and doesn't feel he needs to stretch any of it out. |

Leave it to Hattie to be the only one in Salem who chooses not to ignore Andre's psychotic past. |

It's interesting to me that she has been such a bad study on Marlena, yet she brought up Trista? |

I assume anything to do with Andre sticks in her mind, since she (reasonably) blames Andre for her time in prison. "This guy not only set me up for dirty business dealings... he killed women and is walking around free!" |

I just caught up on Thursday and Friday. While Friday was the better show, I did mostly enjoy them both. Some of those reaction shots were hilarious. I'm also so rooting for Bonnie against Maggie. It's super weird but I'm sad that was j&m's last day in the padded cells. I've really enjoyed all those interactions. Thaao was not good Friday. But I did love how John had literally zero concern for Andre's troubles. |

Oh all of Hope's faces Friday were amazing. She knew it was Hattie from when Paul said J&M broke up. |

I really enjoyed this episode. There was drama all around but it wasn't exhausting because of the humorous elements to it. I was cracking up when Bonnie sat there and cried for what seemed like forever before Victor paid her any attention. I also LOVED how Hope silently and gradually figured out that Hattie had taken over Marlena's life. I also continue to think that John and Marlena have gotten the absolute best writing from the new regime so far. The material is so simple yet so good. Hope the show keeps improving! |

I really like Bonnie's interaction with the Kiriakis family. I like how Judi plays the scenes, when no one else is watching Bonnie starts to grin before she goes back to Adrienne mode. Thaao was great when Andre got more and more desperate. Good episode. |

The problem with that approach is that he might burn out faster and run out of ideas. |
