whilst its obviously who it is ...... it should have been Jack.

And he could still crash the wedding and tell Abby wait for someone a little more decisive than Chad.

‬At Abigail's bachelorette party, Kayla and Hope confide in one another about their respective relationships.
How weird to have your aunts at your bachelorette party.

I am so excited with thought of a revival of Doug's Place. A nightclub for rendezvous, dinner and perhaps some music.

Really hoping Hope tells Kayla that she is not ready to marry Lunk, maybe never will be. Fingers crossed.
The return of Doug's Place would be EVERYTHING

Please Ron, please.
That's what it is.

Well who else would go? LOL.

Though Caroline and Marlena were there for the stripper at Carrie's. And she actually had friends, so...

I know why it has to happen on the show, but it's weird. It's like John being Paul's best man. These people need friends.

The best man thing bothers me less. John was Brady's last year too. The situation is different but my mother was my matron of honor because I didn't want hard feelings between my best friends if I chose one over the other

That being said, everyone on the show needs more friends

About the bachelor/bachelorette parties. If they're just fun little gatherings, I think family being there is fine. Once there's strippers (and both parties have them) IMO relatives (other than like cousins your age) gotta go LOL

Not 100% of my family has had everybody at the bachelor/bachleorette parties but some people certainly have. I'm not at all close with my aunts. But I'm very close with my nieces and I'm cool with strippers. I wouldn't have been offended not to be invited but it wasn't awkward that I was by far not the oldest member of the party, not even a little bit.

It definitely depends on the people involved too and how cool they are with things like that

It's a bachelorette party, not a shower. I've never been to a bachelorette party that included older relatives. It's pretty typical for Days though.

Shawn and Caroline were at Sami and Franco's with the stripper and it was weird then, 20 years ago lol

Also, John isn't the groom. And the post was about friends, not brothers.

I know a lot of people who have used their parents as matron of honor or best man, so that doesn't seem weird to me. But these people do need more friends. Though with a double wedding that would put half the cast in the wedding.
