I loved today's show.

Maybe I missed a line that would explain what you're talking about, but they did meet with the priest. It was on Friday just before Lucas came in.

I'm watching this on the wrong platform - I can hardly hear Lucas and Will over the harpsichord.

I'm really not here for the whole "Sonny Abandoned Will" version.

I don't care if you're a hallucination Will - I'm going to have to slap you if you ever suggest that again.

I can not take another round of Lucas being dumped by Sami.

I appreciated the calmness of CM - everyone else seems very melodramatic.

Is it just me who remembers Will getting Gabi pregnant and not telling Sonny about it?

For all of the heaviness of BD & CM's scenes today, which I think they both (BD especially) knocked out of the park, I loved the little bits of levity that were inserted. From the beginning where Will briefly disappears - "I didn't mean to say you weren't real!" to Lucas complaining about Will's take on his relationship with Adrienne - "Is that why you came all the way down here?" :blulaugh:

The entire episode clicked for me, but the Lucas/Will scenes hit so many beats and felt very fulfilling.

I need JJ to shave.
I don't. I'm loving the facial hair on CM.

I agree, JJ has NEVER looked better. He actually looks to be part of the age the show so desperately wants him to fit into.

Paul asks if will and Sonny were happy before he came to town. JJ says yes
It's nice that JJ is having this convo about his cousins. It is long overdue and somewhat strange that no one ever spoke about Will once he was gone. Dena definitely had an "out of sight out of mind" way of dealing with characters.
Except for the orange one.

Also he has a very pointed chin which is concealed by the facial hair.I hope CM's JJ keeps the beard.

I can take him a little more seriously as a police officer with his beard. Without it my brain assumes he's still a teenager, apparently.

Really enjoyed today's episode. Never been a big BD fan, but I thought the Lucas/Will scenes were great. The parallel Sonny/Chad and JJ/Paul scenes were well done and nice bookends to Will's reappearance.

The only beat I think they missed was when JJ and Paul were talking, JJ mentioned Ben killing Will and others. It seemed bizarre that neither he nor Paul acknowledged that one of the other victims was JJ's girlfriend. Considering that Paige's death was the impetus for JJ to turn his life around and become a cop, it should be a significant part of JJ's past. While I understand that it could have pulled focus from Sonny, I thought it could have been acknowledged or, at least, not referenced as just some other death. It could even have been used to give JJ some perspective on how he understands what it was like for Sonny to make the decision to move on with his life after Will's death.

I think there might be a distributor or 2 in Freddie's Nerium downline on this board, lots of dislikes.

I had huge problems with Chandler's smirking and phoning lines in before he left, but he was wonderful today! I also think Freddie and Billy do lighthearted banter very well, but neither can deliver on acting angry or distraught. I think Billy would actually work well in a gay role. It's a shame we can't swap their characters and Freddie as Chad can find a reason to leave Salem with bland ass MM's Abby. Then again, I don't think I could handle so many heavy dramatic scenes if Chandler is smirking and blinking constantly, while Billy stutters every line he delivers.

I can it was highlight for me seeing Lucas dumped by Sami i just saw these scenes and so obvious why they brought Will back so it could bring Lumi close together again. But from what i hear Sami will still be wearing's EJ wedding ring when she returns so he still won't be rid of him even in death i don't why Lucas would want Sami if this is true. The guy is beyond pathetic you know he going be begging Sami for another chance and she will feel sorry for him again and reunite with him then probably dump him again. As for the scenes i actually thought they were pretty good BD and CM did well in the acting out the scenes but i do think they were a bit silly because we all know Will did actually die this is not realistic to me Ben strangled the life out of him but what ever.

On Freddy and his acting, WTF was that? I mean,Sonny's anger I guess is fine, but he needs to realize that Lucas was not sober, is hurting and clearly thinks Freddy moved on from Will while he (Lucas) has not been able to get passed his death. FS was way OTT today, clearly the weakest acting of the bunch

His acting this episode was the best since he's been back on the show IMO.

Lucas went way OTT in trying (and succeeding) to make Sonny feel guilty about moving on with Paul. Why is Sonny not allowed to have an OTT reaction to Lucas' behavior? Being drunk is no excuse to be as nasty and belligerent as Lucas was. Heck, Sonny didn't even know that Kate fired him that day so he wouldn't know that should consider that. Lucas' attack came completely out of left field to Sonny.

Frankly, I'm surprised that Lucas went "off the wagon" just because Adrienne dumped him. The way BD plays him normally, he doesn't come across as someone who would become this emotionally needy or unstable under these circumstances. I feel like I'm watching that fool Brady. Yes. There's also the matter of Will's death but Lucas rarely mentioned until last week so I assumed he had adapted to the lost already.

I loved Lucas and Will, they were both great! I wasn't watching regularly when CM was on, but I really liked him today. But I didn't really care for GW's Will though.

Chad and Sonny were good, and cute together. The tailor was like, what did I sign up for? Three grooms? LOL

I even enjoyed JJ and Paul. It was nice seeing them together, that doesn't happen often. I was surprised JJ said Ben killed 2 other people, but didn't mention Paige's name. And I really like JJ's beard. It makes him look older, and I can almost believe he is a cop now. :)

Kate and Jennifer were also good.

I didn't hate Abby and Gabi, but....... enough already!

I have no problem with Sonny being OTT, but Freddie's acting was bad. Very bad.
