Am I the only one that considers Serena and Paige remaining dead a big "F.U." to TomSell? Even if that wasn't Ron's intent, I'm going to take it as such.

Ben escapes Bayview and they bring him to the police station? They should have brought him straight back to Bayview. I don’t get why Hope thinks he needs a lawyer. Wasn’t he already convicted? If you escape you get a Lawyer? Huh? Do you get a new trial too? Because you have this info on Will you somehow get to negotiate a new trial, even if you escaped?

Abby and Chad are putting me into a coma the way they’re sitting there slouched and talking to each other in slo-mo. And Chad just pursing his lips with the most bored look ever.

So Hope said Ben heard about the wedding in a newspaper, huh? Good thing there was time while they were frantically planning the weddings to get the info to the paper... and in time to have it published and printed and delivered.

Andre didn’t know who Will was? Will’s been in Salem his whole life.

Marlena’s not fine? What is happening?

I love how John is for once putting Marlena ahead of golden boy Paul! That’s how it should be. He’s being so loving :wub2:

They mentioned yesterday that they weren't taking him back to Bayview because he had already escaped it once and they didn't want to take that chance again.

I think he would need a lawyer because if Will is alive, that's one less person he killed. He could also try to get a lesser sentence for it and because he "did the right thing" by telling everyone about Will.

I love that we're seeing Kate and Marlena talk about Will. Marlena especially. Her relationship with him was one of my favorites.

LOL at Abe out walking in the park while all the action is at the station.

Abby and Chad are getting lower and lower in that pew. I would love to get to their next scene and see that they’re laying down asleep. :D

I can’t believe it! Marlena told John that they’ve seen some strange things over the years! Meaning dead people coming back. She didn’t exactly say they’ve seen people come back from the dead but WOW that was amazing to hear her say and imply. And John didn’t disagree! I’m utterly shocked.

That doesn’t make sense. Send him to a high security hospital. Bayview should be shut down, LOL He needs medical supervision. They can’t just decide to lock him up at the SPD.

I get he could get a plea bargain. But he better spill it about Will ASAP or I’d think they’d just send him back to Bayview.

Ben is a great villain, and in some respects, I think it's a nice change of pace that Chabby isn't his main focus so far. I know they'll still be involved, but it takes some of the awkwardness out of Marci trying to relive a story arc for which she was not present.

Like others said, Chabby felt like filler today, and went back to their same boring default. It kind of took away the twinge of sympathy I momentarily felt yesterday for Chabby fans when Chabby's vows became all about Wilson.

The Kate stuff would have played much better for me if she was talking to virtually anyone but Andre. His presence just diminishes it for me. I mean, she's talking about her dead grandson who was murdered by a serial killer to another serial killer! It honestly surprises me that Ron doesn't have the itch (or maybe he does, but TPTB have other ideas?) to write Andre like more of a cartoony villain, which is kind of his specialty.

I feel similarly about the execution of the J/M scenes. The content was quite good, but for heaven's sake, can we please bring back the penthouse so Marlena can break down in private? It's embarrassing that some of show's most recognizable characters have been relegated to having the majority of their "private" scenes at the pub. I would gladly sacrifice one of the mansion sets for a house set.

I see Ron is slowly planting the seeds for the JJ/Theo story....

They probably can if they need to question him now due to what he said.

I wouldn't really be surprised if we found out that Paul knew about Will all along, but so far he's just coming across to me as a guy who is worried and protective over Sonny.

Have they ever shared scenes when Will was a kid? The only one I remember is the one on the plane during Sami and Austin's vegas wedding.

The true victim here is Wendy. Remember that poor midwife Ben murdered. These people still deny her the justice and recognition she deserves over that elephant obsessed wench Serena.

I gotta laugh at Abe saying he needed to see Rope right away and it’s serious. Suddenly it’s all serious. :blulaugh:

Oh, and everyone in town knows about John and Marlena being in Bayview? Funny!

Oh look, Kate’s gotta a friend in Andre. She’s got a friend in him. When the road looks rough ahead...

I guess we’ll get a bunch of people into that room to question him for days then he’ll get a lawyer and make demands.

John and Marlena really played out nicely, makes me a little less concerned about the Paul relationship taking priority.
