Sonny: “I hate hurting him (Paul).I wanna marry him... I wanna be with him.”

Okay, you actually LIVE with him now.

Why is Paul acting like he has no idea Brady and Nicole have been having troubles?

Chloe says she told Brady and Nicole she’d take care of Holly, but Brady told John he had no idea where Holly was.

John’s looking handsome in a suit and tie.

At least LK and BD can cry. Maybe they could tell AZ their secret.

Thanks Ron!

I've never stopped being an Ericole fan, but I had given up hope that I would ever get two days in a row like yesterday and today. We should have had YEARS of this stuff.

Now I just need Nicole back in a year or so with Eric's twins. And no WTD crap either! But even if I never get anymore Ericole if she leaves in love with Eric I can live with that. It's the way it should be. I just hope if she doesn't come back that they put Eric front and center where he belongs with good story.

Ha, suddenly Chloe, the secrets whisperer, has clammed up.

Not sure why Chloe decided to go to the mansion. That was stupid. But of course she’s this triangle’s mover and shaker.

Wow, people are still up and shopping at HTS :o

Best part of this show for me was John and Brady.

And cowardly Nicole keeps lying to Brady  Wow, Eric, really? Kissing all over Nicole while she’s lying to Brady on the phone? I don’t even like Brady, but wow.

No one wants to watch a soap where everyone makes good decisions all the time. Well maybe some do, but not me.
THANK YOU! Even couples I support need drama. I am awaiting Eileen's return and I am praying she is Kristen for the sake of more drama. However, knowing Ron, I am betting that at least part of the time it's Susan. He loves to write for over-the-top campy characters, and I can see him going all JER with Susan.

As for Will, I bet he is an antagonist at times when he returns, but I still want him back. I want him because he is a young legacy character being portrayed by a decent actor with strong chops. I have watched Will grow up, and I am stoked about him coming back, even if he is the same old brat. I don't need him to be the Will in Lucas visions. I'd take him nice, bratty, and even just plain mean.

Nicole......uggh. I loved the scenes because their chemistry is still there. I hated their scenes because suddenly I am supposed to think Eric was #1 in her heart all along. That's funny because she hated him for over a year, and has gone from hating him to loving him in a matter of 11 episodes or so. I know this had to be wrapped up and Ari left the second she knew what they were planning for them. I am glad to see her go for that reason alone. This story could have made more sense, but she had to jet because she didn't want Ericole. Goodbye Nicole....and Ari Z.

The rest of the show: The Beats Work!! I love the pacing and the soapy feel!! I even liked Kate again today.....who knew!

One more thing: Chloe...get over "Doug's Place". Read up on Salem history and just stop. It's better than the former name of the club.

That might be why 'Another Life' didn't last longer than a few years.

LOL Brady’s too stupid to read Chloe’s facial expressions when he told her Nicoles lie about staying with Brandon. Cuz she wasn’t subtle, at all.

Chloe to Brady: “I should go.”

Brady: “Why bother? I’m wide awake.”

Brady everyone in town is wide awake. Just go over to HTS and hang out, you’re sure to run into someone you know.

Kate and Lucas are lucky it isn't as rainy at the graveyard as it is at the farmhouse.
LOL! I was wondering why that storm has stalled over that farmhouse :blulaugh: Rain at a graveyard would’ve been good.
They talked about how it was going to rain at the farmhouse but not in Salem before it even started raining.

Eric and Nicole, I like them and enjoyed their scenes but it seems like it all happened so fast.
I actually like Kate today she acted like a mom for a change. The Kate and Lucas scenes were really done well.
John looked really good today. The John and Brady scenes were good.
I have been ff a lot thru Chabby but I thought the Chad/Abby/Sonny scenes were good today.
I like that Chloe and Paul had scenes together because it was a different interaction.
All in all a good episode.

Also, I'm not going to spend a lot of time defending Nicole from all the critics because I think we can all agree that she can be a trainwreck. But given her character's history, she is one of the few justified in being a trainwreck. And Eric is the only one who can save her from herself ;)
Nicole may be justified, but,I don't see how Eric can save her from herself right now.He is going along with Nicole hiding things from Brady(because Brady wouldn't understand),and now, going along with an outright lie.

And according to next week's spoilers,Eric will be in the middle of another Nicole trainwreck.

Imo,Nicole's salvation needs to come from getting a good lawyer, and stop telling lies.

I had to leave right after I watched, so we'll see how much I remember to talk about.

First of all, this episode wasn't amazing, but I thought it was a good overall episode. I think it actually might be one of the better multi-story episodes in a while. I don't really remember some details anymore.

The Kate/Lucas stuff was good. I actually had a similar issue with them as I had with Ericole yesterday. Their scenes were very reminiscent of their scenes when Lucas signed over custody of Will to Sami...but the original scenes were better. I'm also not quite as sold on BD's acting right now as many are. I really don't care for his crying in general. I think my favorite moment, though, was the look on Kate's face when she walked up. I'm glad they've kind of "fixed" the way she responded to him drinking. I wonder if LK didn't know where they were going with the story then, because her performance when she fired him just didn't give even a hint of the devastation and compassion she shows now. She's capable of that layer, so I really wonder if she didn't know it was supposed to be there. Anyway, I also really like how they've used her with Clyde. They've been showing her being jumpy about him, so I think her initial refusal worked, and then when she decided she had to do it for Lucas, I thought that was pretty near perfect and a great moment for a character who has really looked bad for a long time now.

I liked the Ericole stuff. This is what I'll say about Nicole. I've had some of the same issues with her as many of you when it comes to her relationships with mean...especially the last couple of years. However. I think they've actually done a decent job of addressing that in the dialogue here. The Brady thing was forced and Deimos was a rebound. That doesn't fix the Daniel issue, but overall I think they've explained it well.

There's been something interesting about Brady recently, and I can't figure out if it's intentional or not. I think it has to be. When he is around his actual family, he's a better human. Today he asked about Marlena, he told John the truth, he looked properly ashamed...he was just better. But the second John left the room, it's like he's a completely different human being. And I don't get the sense he's faking it with John. It's like he has a moral center when he's with the people who actually raised him. Anyway, I don't feel bad for him. He completely forced this thing with Nicole even before going behind her back about Eric. I don't blame him for her cheating, but he has turned into a scary person. They are just on the verge of having a good arc for him revolving around how this keeps happening to him...but I just don't believe they'll ever actually write that. Brady has treated Nicole horribly, and quite frankly I think he's lucky that the worst she's done is sleep with his brother.

I don't mind Paul's stance on Will, but why is it taking so long for someone to talk to him about death in Salem? Hopefully someone does that soon.

I don't really think there was a good option for her in this episode. She needed to call and let Brady know she was alright, but it wouldn't have been the right time to tell Brady what she was doing.

The improvement in Bradys relationship with John and Marlena has been so striking. Plus it's happening while he's spinning out of control otherwise. But then he'll see one of them and be a normal decent human for a minute. I'm also stunned they continue to point out Victor is a bad influence. I'm really hoping once Brady inevitably bottoms out again, we see this more decent human side of him continue with the Black side of his family.
