"Days" fans, here's a new interview with Miranda Wilson, who played Megan Hathaway from 1984-1985. Enjoy!

Thank you JCP.

At first I thought she reminded me of original Jill on Young and Restless.

I'm always at a loss in terms of what someone like Megan or say Renee would do all these years later. There are so few characters around that they knew to re-establish them. And their deaths are such an iconic part of the show's history. Obviously, they're DiMeras. No reason they can't rise from the ashes. And it's happen to a handful of long gone characters (dead or absent).

But Bo's dead. Hope's a shell of her former self. Larry Welch ain't around for Megan to get revenge. She could have a kid, and there could be some story with Ciara, I suppose.

Maybe Renee could slap Andre silly a few times? Maybe Renee could ingratiate herself in Eli's life, with her memories of his dad? Perhaps make Val and by extension Abe more interesting? Chad with a big sister or two might also be interesting, especially if they both just can't with Andre. But he did have a relationship with Lexie. And Kristen. So that's not really a new dynamic? And he's not very interesting anymore with the current Chabby pair.

I'm sure they could easily mix it up with new characters. I'm just torn about whether I'd want the show to go there, even though they're clearly popular and all about it. Lovely interview with Miranda, though. Thanks, Jason!

Lovely interview with Miranda, though. Thanks, Jason!
Thanks Keith! And thanks to everyone who submitted questions. I tried to include all of those that weren't repeats of my questions.

The answer to Frivolity's question had me laughing so hard, serious but funny!

I loved the interview!

Megan is a character Ron could return from the dead, and Renee. Give the canvas real DiMeras.

UPDATE ON EPISODE SUMMARIES...

Work is continuing on the daily episode summaries. The delay on the 1980's guide being posted is that I decided to type out the cast lists (which had yet to be done other than in chart form) for 1980-1983, so they can be included with the rest of the decade. I'm up to April 1982 now, so there's 21 months left to type out from the charts. In other news, thanks to Sarah, 1987 has become the first year of the 1980's to have complete detailed summaries available for every episode (which will be posted once the 1980's guide is ready to post). Thanks, Sarah! Work continues on 1985, 1986, 1989 and 1990. 1988 is not yet available to research, so that is still the one year that needs the most work done. As always, if you are a fan of 1985, 1989, or 1990, and would like to write some summaries, let me know. Thanks to everyone who has helped so far!

Thanks so much Jason. What a great interview. Always good to hear from the actors, especially ones who have been gone a while and as she said prior to the cell phone, face book, twitter age. I really wish the show would bring her back. DAYS needs a villain and I think a strong female like Megan would add an element to the show that is missing. She is still very attractive and could be involved in a romantic pairing. Now is really the right time for a DiMera return with the death of Stefano. Storywise, a return from the dead DiMera with vengeance on their mind would fit right in. Someone who was pulling the strings in Will's disappearance and telling Rolf what to do.

I'm impressed, that neither one of them were spotted or spoiled in anyway behind the scenes. :applause:
Other than Jason saying they could return, of course!

Me too. As the months ticked by, it made me wonder how long it would be. I wouldn't have made an announcement on either, but with Melissa announced today, thought it was best to announce True too.

I told you not to give up hope though. Knew you'd be happy!

I really could have done without her back but hopefully it will just be a quick reprise, lol.
