LOL I liked that the reshot flashback included a reference to one of Days funniest scenes. This is the halloween prty at Will's school they were referring too.

Lumi was great. The Bonnie stuff is funny though fishy. And Eric's screaming at the end lmao.

I’m trying to decide if the brief Ericole reunion we got was worth all of this. It would almost have been better if we had gotten to the forgiveness portion of their relationship, then have Nicole leave town with some obvious unresolved romantic tension between the two. I suppose time will tell if RC can turn this horrible Eric/Brady relationship material into gold.

I may change my mind if the damage to Brady/Eric is awful and permanent, but for now I prefer this. It's a solid echo of the 90s Ericole breakups and leaves the door open for an offscreen miracle baby.

This the part of Sami & Will's return I want to watch. The part of them as parents, the parts of Will existence that effects his family and the core connections on this show. I really don't have an investment in Bonnie and I couldn't care that she is making Justin, Victor & Maggie look like a fool. I was ok with the Eric & Nicole stuff, because that part of the storyline & the triangle needed to have some closure. But everything Paul just falls flat, I wished the Bonnie parts to be over so I could watch the other stuff & I wished the Paul stuff to be over so I could watch the Will stuff that was about his family. Paul is kinda like Isabella to me, he is this rushed to the alter pairing that gets pushed fast before a beloved staple charcter returns. I want my family reunions, I was history to be reflected in the storyline, I want the original pairing to play out first.... Then when I get that satisfaction I will be ok with Paul & his wants & needs. I am just not invested in him, I am not invested in him and Sonny. It's a Roman(John) & Isabella redo for me, it's Isabella suddenly being Victors daughter & Bo's sister, just like Paul was suddenly John's and Brady's brother....I still don't care about them in this storyline.

Did JE and SR not see that they were both wearing the same colored suits before taping?

I really don't think the Eric/Brady rift is permanent anyway.

I was thinking about how bad Eric and Brady's relationship will be, and how they will repair it. But the same thing happened on OLTL with Natalie and Jessica they treated each other horribly, but RC fixed them, even though it took quite sometime.

And I wish I knew how to do screenshots because AZ's bangs are all chopped to hell again like on Friday.
Guessing they didn't have time to grow back....

Victor says Adrienne and I have fallen in love
I actually could believe it, Victor's been spending way too much time with Adrienne that he ever did when he (before)married Maggie, they never even spend any time at all. :blulaugh: :blulaugh:

One thing I am wondering about, how long as Sonny had the picture of Will in the bedroom side table? Hope he plans on hugging that picture tonight cause Paul walked out :blulaugh:

Nicole chose Eric because he's A MAN. Yeah, yeah, whatever, she and Eric don't look good after what they've done, bur I don't give a damn, women gravitate towards real men and that's all that matters to me. Nicole should've dumped whiny infant Brady long time ago.

All Brady did criticise , judge others, first his real parents, Philip(when he was younger) now Nicole. He got married to Chloe when he was younger, they were married for several years, made each others lives miserable, got bored, he started using and every relationship after that was equally bad. He never takes responsibility that he could be a problem, he needs to grow up, really grow up.

Brady's not a villain, he's just freaking whiny little bitch. If he had to blackmail someone it should've been when protecting his parents, his relatives, his family, instead he's punishing a woman with a small kid just because she chose a real man, what's villainish in that? Brady's going to go darker? Yeah, the only way is up farther to Victor's butthole and if you ask Victor there is not a nice accommodation there.

I'd guess brothers will have some interaction soon and my wishful scenario would be if Eric bitch slaps Brady, not punch, just bitch slap.

Yeah, I'm in agreement. The only concern I have is that Breric is a casualty, but I wouldn't trade last week's scenes for anything. Nicole leaves in love with Eric and I can write a long lost baby into my head cannon easily. To me it's worth it. I know I'm biased, but the Ericole scenes were the best part of the episode. I did enjoy the Sonny/Paul stuff and Lumi was nice, but for my money it's Ericole all the way. I think I'm an anomaly in the Ericole fanbase because I actually didn't mind these scenes at all. I loved them because we know that Nicole loves Eric and he knew she was full of shit when she said she didn't love him. I was so glad he didn't just fall for it.

I missed part of today because of a news thing. The Sami and Lucas scenes were fine. The memory scenes were kind of long though. I hate that Lucas wants to blame Sonny for everything when clearly Will was the one at fault. I hate when they sweep Will's part in this under the rug like it didn't happen. I think the Bonnie/Victor stuff is awful. It was not very well developed and was rushed. I missed the ending with Eric and Nicole. I don't think Paul really thinks Will could be alive and wants everyone to stop being hurt by this but it makes him look like he doing it so he can be with Sonny. It looks like they might break up before Will is even found. I may be in the minority but I really wanted them to stay together.

They specifically mentioned that Will was not the perfect husband and that he made serious mistakes... that's not sweeping anything under a rug

I am with you! I loved these scenes and it opens the door for her to return with their love child. I’m glad the writers wrote her off like this. I’m not sure I would have been happy with it any other way. Eric will discover that Brady has done something to her. I can’t wait until Eric beats the shit out of Brady! It’s been a long time coming since that Kristin crap!

I've been so burned by this show the past couple of years that I no longer trust the show to give me something I enjoy. Today though, IMHO was good. Obviously the Lumi scenes were very good, but Ericole tore me up inside. Damn Nicole, I hate you for making my Eric cry again. Those scenes, the hurt, the tears, the kiss, the anger and disbelief in Eric, everything was on point. I hate the story still and I wish it wasn't going to end this way, but damn I really enjoyed AZ and GV, even if they did kill me a little.

Back to Lumi...One thing, the flashback was longer but I'm glad they redid it...it had to have Chandler's face or it wouldn't work. Now did they also mention the camping trip, and the Halloween food fight the first time around? I know they mentioned Home to Me but don't know about the rest.

Lumi, although deep was not that heart wrenching to me. I loved the way they get one another. I love how she shifted from talking to Will and the possibility he's alive to wanting to talk about him. Loved the mention of his daughter and the fact that we still don't forget that he doesn't see her (you know I loved when he said, she's not here, I have no reason to be sober)...I'd be really surprised if she's not cast in the new year. Also, I absolutely was delighted with how she took the bottle and chugged it.

Lumi was on point...classic and always a reminder of what this show had and they threw away. Two actors, that just get one another and their characters and mesh well....

Sonny doesn't want to talk about it tonight. Paul says there isn't enough room in bed for all three of them
How would Paul know if they haven’t tried to fit all three of them in the same bed? You’d think he would at least entertain the idea. So much for RC pushing boundaries.
Kay already mentioned it, but according to Sonny's recent dream it would appear that all 3 can fit! ;)

Another ho-hum episode for me...mostly.

The Eric/Nicole stuff was kinda, sorta okay. But I feel like it should be the beginning/middle of a larger triangle story, as opposed to the end of one. I also feel like Eric is acting more possessive and pushy than he has since his original return in 2013(?), and I'm not sure if that's totally in-character. Big ups for Greg's crying skills, though. I love a man who can really cry.

I liked the ending bits of the Sami/Lucas scenes, but thought the rest just kind of dragged. The flashback was overly long, IMO. (I saw those eyelashes quivering, Chandler...).

The Paul/Sonny scenes were brought down by Freddie, IMO. The ending line about not enough room for the three of them was good, though.

The Bonnie stuff is stupid. I don't know what else to say about it.

Overall, I think the Will stuff is starting to lose me already. It's just too subdued or something. I feel like I keep waiting for some kind of dramatic punch, and all the opportunities are being squandered...so far. Like, the grave stuff could have been great, but it ended up being pretty flat. The Rolf cliffhanger was good, but then the next episode was just a bunch of exposition about him. I'm sure there's a good reveal coming with some fake outs, but so far, I'm disappointed.
