As much as I don’t like Kayla’s sweater, I really don’t want her to take it off because I’m afraid of what’s under it.

God, so stupid... Bonnie doesn’t even have any solid proof of Vic hiring Zander to kill Deimos.

Too bad Patch didn’t know Bonnie or he might have figured it out by now.

AS has tried to cry for three episodes straight and has yet to succeed. They need to stop writing crying scenes for her. Also, I don't ever want to see Abby and Sami scenes again. MM/AS are so mismatched.

I forgot Kayla and Tripp were in the episode until they appeared in the end.
Ali had actual tears today at Will's grave, and she had actual tears in the earlier grave scene.

Well this episode had two good moments (Hattie telling Adrienne that Bonnie can't stand Adrienne's children, and Sami rolling her eyes at Abby/Andre) so it's automatically better than the rest of the week. The Sami stuff in general is just all over the place though. It feels like they just threw stuff together to get her to interact with different people, and didn't bother to pay attention to whether or not it flowed. The Kiriakis stuff was a little better today because (I think at least) they were all intentionally playing her. It still doesn't make much sense, though. Whoever wrote that "DiMera strength" line should get punched in the face. I also didn't like her looking longingly at STEFANO'S chess set. It's not like it was EJ's. Hattie's turnaround was really sudden. I wish with everything in me (I'm being dramatic) that Kayla had been keeping Tripp from work in order to get him fired. That'd have been great. But it wasn't. Theo/Claire were boring.

another mixed bag. I loved Sami rolling her eyes at Abby/Andre, which probably equaled many people's reactions. I didn't mind Andre refusing to help her at first, it was more in character and I loved how she wouldn't beg. I really liked Sami's ending scene at Will's grave but I felt that would've been the perfect time to flash to wherever Will is being held captive etc while she was talking about she didn't know if he was sick, being held somewhere but she vowed to find him. I think showing him would keep interest alive cause it's starting to need a shot of adredeline again.

I was happy to see S/K. I'm really happy they are being injected into solving this Adrienne/Bonnie. One, it gives them something better to do, and two, I'm so tired of Bonnie and everyone looking dumb. I enjoyed watching Steve interrogate Hattie and Hattie's, "Hey Patchie, what's shaking?" made me laugh.

I'm really torn on Kayla/Tripp. On one hand, I would've liked to see this truce progress slowly on screen. On the other, I'm glad we're making progress, and maybe it's better to get this out of the way and move them out of their bubble and into other stories.

She did have tears at the end today. She had a single tear with Marlena. I didn't see any the other days though (but I didn't get the final scenes on Tuesday). The thing is, tears or not (and more often it's not) she's just not a good onscreen crier.

Sami says she's sending Horton and brady strength and EJ sending dimera strength.

STOP IT SAMI. Also Rolf is involved. You think the dimeras aren't?
Will was not EJ's fucking kid. I would rather Sami coo about Hernandez strength than this shit.

Good thing I didn't bother recording this epi so won't have to delete it.

While watching Theo and Claire I couldn't help hoping JJ is at the gun shooting range practicing....

I was happy they were listening to her caterwauling with buds so I didn't have to hear it. True story: I was in the kitchen away from the TV and I thought it was Claire until I realized it was a commercial. That sounds sells. Who knew?

Maggie has to be in on this with Victor. If they know she's Bonnie, how come they aren't getting Adrienne out of Statesville? LOL

If this is Ron's camp, I am sorely disappointed in it. JER was soooo much better at it. Now that MFer knew how to camp!

Everything at the Dimansion was a total WTF?

Enjoyed seeing Steve, Kayla, and Tripp. Writing could be better. A LOT better.

Meh episode

Why does Sami get to be the only one who gets to call out Andre for who he is? Another reason to hate her, I guess.

I find her crying very unnatural, it's not just about the tears.

The post I responded to said she tried to cry and didn't succeed. She may not be the best crier, but she did successfully produce some tears. :)

I'm tired of the crying in general: Sami's, Nicole's, and especially Maggie's!

Maybe Victor and them are playing Bonnie because they need to find out where Adrienne is first?

I just don't get the sense that they think there is a Bonnie. If they're playing her, it's because they think there's something wrong with Adrienne.

The only thing even remotely interesting about today's episode was Sami rolling her eyes at Abby and Andre.

No. Just absolutely NO to Will's having Dimera strength. This line made me want EJ to get resurrected just so he could meet The Lawnmower.

It really was tacky.

The worst thing about that line (we’ll probably not THE worst) is that she could have used her DiMera children (Will’s actual siblings) to make that connection. It’d still be a ridiculous line, but at least it would be about Will’s loved ones and not just hers.

Thank you JCP.

The only reason S/K have anything to do with Tripp is because he is Steve's flesh and blood. That is what Kayla means,
they would have not had anything to do with Ava's kid if he wasn't tied to Steve.

The current Dimeras are boring.

Why didn't they save Sami end scene for Friday then show a short scene of Will in captivity, if he is.

It might be that it is taped out of order, but it doesn't feel like A.S. is into her stuff. Maybe she is downplaying it for the reveal.

Also, everyone knew Hattie looks like Marlena. Don't they also know that Bonnie looks like Adrienne? When Adrienne came back to help rescue Steve, she was a brunette, I guess to not confuse with Bonnie.

Fuck off, Sami. Will doesn't need your rapist's strength.
Where the hell is that line coming from anyway? Was that an Ali adlib cause it makes no sense in the context of the Horton/Brady strength reference. The Dimeras are NOT strong....at ALL

I got a kick out of the Hattie/Steve scenes, mostly just because they kind of looked like they were having fun doing them. The Bonnie stuff continues to be ridiculous, but it was pretty obvious they were all playing her today. I don't think they've figured out the doppelganger (or they would have clued Steve in) but I think maybe they are all buying off on Justin's theory about Hattie controlling her and have decided to play along for now. That works better than when they all just look stupid. But I'm still more than ready for this to be over.

Sami, Abby, Chad, and Andre were just awful. This sounds weird to say, but MM's Abby seemed even more like a completely different character than usual when she interacted with Sami. The storyline sucked for numerous reasons, but AS and KM sparked and were a more even match once Abby got pissed. I don't believe for a second that his Abby would have ever slept with EJ, let alone continued to pursue him. And Sami could wipe the floor with this Abby without even trying (and, I wouldn't object even a little bit this time around). The show would have been much better off just pretending that history never occurred and focusing the scene on Andre and Sami and Chad. It still would have sucked, but not quite as bad. And I didn't feel anything with Sami's little monologue at the grave. The line about DiMera strength was ridiculous and - as has been pointed out - how Sami didn't immediately call John and ask him to bring his shovel when she came to her realization is ridiculous.

The Tripp/Kayla stuff was ... whatever it was. I mean, the awkwardness was nice at least. And I do appreciate that Kayla almost can't help being honest. But, her vowing to prove ANYTHING to him at this point is just ridiculous. Those should have been Tripp's lines - that he wanted to prove his regret and his desire to be part of her family. The implication of rejecting Ava by rejecting the money is nice, but I could use that being spelled out as well. I will just never figure out why Ron took Tripp as deep as he did if he didn't want there to be any real consequences from it. That's a Dena thing to do and I expect better of Ron. Nonetheless, it's clear we've now moved into the kumbaya phase of the Johnson family conflict. Steve and Kayla are all patched up (pun intended) and the Trippster is basically back in everyone's good graces. Totally could have accomplished that in much easier, and much less wtf-ery way buy hey, here we are.
