I don’t possess the words to describe Bonnie’s wedding dress/attire and do justice to its trashiness. You need to see to believe it. That being said, Judi Evans seems to be having the time of her life in the role.

I couldn't be more thrilled that Sami and Nicole are on bad terms as Nicole exits. I hated that fake ass truce they called when Sami left town in 2014. They're better as rivals.

I'm kind of surprised by the lack of interactions Nicole got on her last day. Ron is usually a sucker for this when he sends a major character off. I appreciated the Sami interaction, but I would've liked more still. Something with Abe would've been nice. One last spar match with Victor. Something with Rafe. Something with Chloe, although we kind of got that the other day, I guess. Even something with Kate, given their history, and the fact that Kate was in this already in this episode. I wonder if the budget and episode guarantees were factors in this.

Adrienne sure didn’t think it out when she got her one phone call. She should have called Patch, the guy she’s been praising to Hattie, and then Bonnie, not Justin.

Victor to Brady: Maggie and I got a quick divorce so the maid here can marry me and Adrienne
Best line in the show today! :blulaugh:

Bye Nicole!

Used to be one of my favorite characters. I loved her when she was a loud, brash, drunken golddigger snarking at everyone and reveling in her own fabulosity. The weak, whiny, perpetual victim she became never appealed to me. And frankly, the hair made it hard to even look at her towards the end. AZ's bleeding heart over Shawn Christian didn't help matters either. Just blech. Glad this character is being given a rest.

IMO she got more interactions than most characters get when leaving. I also don’t think Nicole would go around visiting anyone at this time. She’s not in the mood, LOL people could bump into her, but that could get tediuos since she’d have to try to explain why she’s leaving.

Thank you JCP.

The only part I liked was Adrienne telling Bonnie off on the phone. Oh Bonnie, you are about to get yours! What was with that terrible Scarlet speech from Nicole? She delivered it so flat. I hope she stays gone for at least a year.

This episode was fine. Better than the rest of the week. There's been a lot of inconsistency this week from script to script. They were doing better with that before. Today I thought all three characters in the Eric/Nicole/Brady story had sympathetic moments, so that was nice. I'm glad Sami and Nicole aren't friends. I hate that Sami still loves Kate. The birthday stuff was cute. Nice to see Rolf. I love Sheila. Victor was actually funny.

Two lines really bothered me today. One was when Sami said that Eric dumping Nicole was the best news she's heard all year. The other was Nicole saying if Sami knew why Nicole did it, she'd know that she'd have done the same thing in her position. The thing is, Sami has been in this position. She let EJ take the kids while she married Rafe.

Good ol' Rolf is back. lol

Hope better keep her distance. The ol' wackjob probably has a syringe full of knock out juice on him, just in case... Or a blow dart gun up his sleeve.... lol

Don't think I'll miss Nicole.

I always wanted to do what Eric did to the house. Except what I have kept is stuff I like, and I'd hate to have to clean up the mess.

So Sheila said "Bon" during the nuptials. Didn't appear either Brady or Victor caught that. Maybe Maggie did, as she stopped the proceedings. LOL

Dumb show

I don’t know what’s going on but I’m finding Alison Sweeney and her Sami to be especially annoying this time around. It’s like she’s turned up the volume on everything. Her scenes with Eric exhausted me. She was up then down then up again, then snarky and then solemn. It felt like AS wasn’t even listening to GV’s lines. And my god, her voice. Has it always been so nasally and screeching? I don’t think I can take much more of her.

I can’t take anything seriously with Kate and Andre. Her pointing out to Andre that Rolf is a criminal was ridiculous. You’re living with Andre you crazy woman!

While I know in some ways it's time, I'm still so sad to see Nicole go. I just wish she'd left strong and not on another crying, apology tour. I really hope the last line of her being back some day is an anvil, that the show does plan for her to return cause It's very hard for me to imagine Days without Nicole and Sami, since we only have Sami for about 6 weeks. IMO, we need one of them. I'm glad they did get one more snarky round, just as I'm glad Jennifer showed concern for Nicole. I am utterly disapointed that Bricole ended up on such bad terms, they were one of my favorite friendships for years.

I dis like the Sami/Eric scenes. They are a fun sibling pair to watch interact. Poor Eric, he is suffering so bad.

It did kinda feel slow today. The only real excitement I felt was Hope discovering Rolf and I'm sure that sets things up for next week.

Eric has been ruined byNicole, she might as well take him with her. I can’t stand to look at him anymore. All he does is cry in his farm house. You are so pathetic, Eric.
I couldn't agree more.

I have always believed that it takes a strong man not to be afraid to let himself cry when his emotions come into play but Eric has been on overload ever since he came back. I would always look forward to his scenes because I loved and appreciated his character, but now he just upsets me to no end. Eric needs professional help in a big way.

We also have Lucas who is getting on my last nerve, I could understand his crying at the beginning of his story but because he never ever sounds drunk to me, even though he does look the part, all I see is a desperately weak man who also needs professional help.

Then there is Brady, good god all three I just can't stand anymore, this is so unfortunate.

Since they apparently filmed Nicole's actual exit out of town much later than the rest of the goodbye stuff, I wonder if they thought they were going to be recasting fairly quickly so that Nicole either didn't actually leave town or made it clear she wasn't going far. But then, they either couldn't find the right recast or changed their minds and asked her back for a more permanent (if also promising a return) type of exit.

I agree. Something seems off about the whole thing.

Today's episode was enjoyable for me. I watched sort of live. The twin scenes get me every time. I just love them together and honestly I don't know that I really enjoy Sami that much except when she's in scenes with Eric. I love the whole Sami detests Nicole and Eric defends her stuff. It's at least part of what made Ericole so much fun - Sami's antagonism. I loved her snark about happy crappy birthday to us and all the comments about his penance and purgatory. And I loved when he told her to shut up when he'd had enough of her diatribe against Nicole.

I would have liked more from the Sami/Nicole scenes, but I liked that they weren't friendly. I don't think Nicole and Sami should ever be friends. They can have a truce, but never friends.

I loved how Eric lost it at the end, but I don't think the poor, innocent, yummy looking cake should have been a casualty! I wish I'd been that wall.

I love that at the end Nicole said she'd be back..it was a little OTT with the as God is my witness...but I did like that she said she'd be back for Eric. I wish they were recasting. Hopefully Nicole will be back soon in some form, but I'll have a hard time waiting.

As for Brady, I have no sympathy for him at all. I could care less what Kristen and Theresa did to him. The big whiny baby can go take a leap off a tall bridge. And I used to adore him! I hate that I hate him, but I do.

Did Sami somehow lure Nicole to HTS? Because at the beginning of the scene, Sami’s walking while looking at her phone, then sort of stops and looks over and seems to see someone then looks back at her phone, then we see Nicole walking and playing with her keys and Sami comes up to her and they both are surprised to bump into each other. Was that just a mistake Sweeney made?
