So far, Ron is showing a lack of knowledge on how to "pace" stories. Bonnie lasted way too long, the excitement for Will is gone already, and the Adrienne/Justin reunion seems like it will be rushed.
The pacing has been off, but...overall, it's better than the last two regimes, IMO. They were far worse.
I agree that in comparison this is a lot better. However, it is still off though. Too much focus and time on this Bonnie story for sure.

I don't believe for one second that Andre would give a rat's ass about Will.

He crashed his funeral. He doesn't care.

This episode isn't boring as hell like last week's episodes. I will give it that.

Oh, my favorite music cue under this Eric scene with the Nicole picture.

This wasn't too bad. Lots of complaints that I don't have time to discuss right now. The Bonnie stuff was even watchable.

Well recaps sounds like it will be fun watching Bonnie getting busted.

GV did that thing today where he seemed to stop mid sentences and sometimes even mid-words. It was stilled and felt unnatural. He needs to stop.

Kate and Andre are still gross. Who asked for this?

Justin told my Sheila to shut up. I was offended. No one talks to the queen like that.

Bonnie overstayed her welcome. I didn't hate Maggie today.

Sami/Hope/Rolf were fine. I hope this story is finally going to move along.

Thank you JCP.

Too much Jen and Eric, that sounds like a drink. I could have liked more Sami Rolf stuff instead and more of a lead up to taking down Bonnie.

"You have 20 minutes" Steve says to Kayla. Yeah, but... the wedding.... it's happening right now! :blulaugh:

I know Kate loved Will. I also know Andre is incapable of love and empathy. What was that?

Hit him again, Sami!! :blulaugh: Rolf is a complete waste of skin. He did everything the dirty old bastard Stefano told him to do. I have always been puzzled that those two weren't put down years ago.

So Eric left that mess. Who is going to have to clean up after his little temper tantrum?

It was all good that everyone knew about Bonnie blackmailing Victor, but they stood there and admitted knowing Victor hired Xander to kill Deimos. In front of Sheila......

Fun show if you ignore the WTFery...

Steve tells finally put pieces together & says this isn't Adrienne Johnson, it's Bonnie Lockhart; all shocked; Bon caught-show ends

Go Steve!
Maybe now Ron will explain everything he should have explained at the beginning of this story.

Bonnie is done which leaves Will and Sami storyline consuming the show. The show desperately needs some good stories.

Meh episode for me. As I noted earlier, there were a lot of WTF moments.

The Bonnie stuff was generally pretty stupid. Literally no one cared about her blackmail, and it was all just a big *shug* moment. I mean, I liked that they were playing her, but then they still looked like idiots at the end when Steve came with the big reveal. Maggie in particular should feel stupid since she was actually in town when Bonnie was around last time. Justin should feel like an idiot simply because he was married to the real Adrienne for years. And while I'm glad Steve figured things out, the whole thing felt rushed. He literally figured it out in one episode.

I'm ready for the Memphis portion of the Will story to start because right now it feels like everyone else basically disappeared. Rolf had some good lines, but as someone who never saw his previous hijinks, it's harder to invest.

Why in the world won't they just reveal Andre to be Tony? His stuff with Kate could have been good if it was actually Tony.

I liked the Eric/Jen scenes. He felt a little more like the Eric I've gotten to know over the last few years. But as a few others have said on this board, I'm not sure what I want the writers to do with them. Neither of them have the sorts of complications that often drive couple stories.

Hope tells Rolf just imagine what I'll do to you if don't get answers about Will; Bon backpedaling on what said;
There's the upstanding police commissioner we all know and love. /sarc
I'd like to see much better writing for Hope. She didn't assert herself
at all, just stood around. She was more than capable of taking the
gun from Sami at the very beginning, but then the scenes wouldn't
have all been about Sami.

Wow, this Bonnie reveal is, um... sleep inducing. Talk about predictable. And what’s the point of a big reveal if everyone there except Sheila was in on it? Where are the shocked standers-by?

I’d still like to know why Justin, while alone, called Marlena to ask for her help with Adrienne when he knew about Bonnie? And there was never any follow up.

I saw the episode about the same way, except I'm not interested
in Eric.

Thank you JCP.

I am shocked that Ron didn't put someone in a coma. I guess he didn't care enough about the Bonnie story to do that. If he was interested, he would have had Bonnie throw Maggie down the stairs after Maggie figured it out and put Maggie in coma and not be able to tell anyone. I guess he only cares about the Will story. ugh.

I'm surprised Jen talked Eric into coming back so quickly and easily. I know this isn't the case for everyone but I'm ready to move on from the Nicole debacle of an exit.

Oh man. I'm glad no one ended up in a lengthy coma and this story drawn out. I have zero interest in victim Maggie again.
