The promo sucks. We haven’t even seen Paul choose to keep this a secret yet, and we’re already seeing him change his mind. The Wilson scene is probably the last 10 seconds of Friday, and we’ve already seen it. Regardless, I’m glad the focus is on this (what will likely be an ongoing story) and not just Sami. |

Yeah, based on what we've seen, and even what the promo suggests, dialogue from Paul saying, "I was WRONG; Will is alive," would make more sense. Even if he does lie for a week. The viewers haven't seen him lie yet. |

I think the writers could have gotten away with Paul keeping this secret a little bit longer instead of having everything happen in the same week. But I'm glad that Paul changes his mind quickly and tells the truth to Sonny before somebody else finds Will. That gives Sonny a reason to be mad at Paul but also a reason to forgive him since Paul ultimately did the right thing, just a little late. |

So glad the promo spoiled Sonny seeing Will for the first time. These promos suck. |

Yep, they did spoil the Sonny/Will reunion. But it does look like Will has no idea who he is. |

Wow, that was a sad promo. They just revealed the big moment in the story... like THE big moment. Why watch? They need to go watch the promos for when Marlena returned in 1991. I mean this story can’t touch that one but they could at least try to build up some mystery and excitement. |

Ron hates revealing too much. At least I thought he did. I wonder why they keep doing it. Does he have a say in how the promos have to look like? |

I’m excited to see the Sami/Will reunion. I imagine she’s going to scare Wilvis to death! He’ll run for the hills :roflol: |

It should be fun when Will tells Sami that his name is EJ. :blulaugh: |

I doubt that he does. But, even if he did, in this situation he might not have much choice. The promo isn't really for the people who watch everyday anyway. It's for the viewers they are trying to get back and, right now, they need to show people a reason to check back in. So, showing Will is almost necessary. |

I think the smart way to do the promos would be to show the Friday cliffhanger that already aired with teasers for the following week: "This just happened, now what?" If they just tell Judie to use footage from Friday to Thursday instead of Monday to Friday, we wouldn't see the Friday cliffhanger one week early so often. |

As usual, bad PR is Days worst enemy. I want Days to have solid ads that give the feeling of a cliffhanger, not a hodge podge of scenes from next week that should not even be in the ad. There were so many ways to advertise this, and as usual the laziness in Burbank trumped everything. |

Will having no memory is lazy and unimaginative, but it's basically necessary to make this story work. He wouldn't just willingly abandon his life or his daughter. Rolf must have brainwashed him. |
