No matter how you look at this, it is VERY good news.

Days has consistently, from week to week, built on it's viewership. It has risen in the 18-49 year old demographic, and with some episodes, it's getting near, and even slightly over, 2.5 million viewers. It's about 300,000 viewers behind GH, but that isn't bad when you consider the show has added around 200,000 viewers over the course of the last 2-3 months.

The bleeding stopped 3 months ago, and that had to happen if the show wanted to get a renewal. Now it is adding viewers! Next week it may be down, but if it can stay stable, I think Days will be renewed. It's time for a down week (that is just the way it works) but if the show can consistently build viewership over time, things will start looking a lot better in Salem.

Dena Higley being shown the door has worked. Days is doing better.

If not for that Tuesday partial preemption, DAYS could've easily had 200,000 more viewers which would've added 40,000 viewers to the average and more viewers in the demos!

There was another interruption on Wednesday the following week. It's always a bitch when it happens between 1-2 PM Eastern because a big part of the population (maybe 40%?) gets the show at that time.

I would love to see DAYS threaten GH for #2 in W18-49.
